To order prints from your event

Simply go to your Photo DVD. Put the DVD into your computer DVD drive. Go to "Start" and click that button on your screen. Then, go to "My Computer" in the menu. Select "My Computer". It will open to a menu that shows all of the hardware associated with your computer. Select the DVD drive where you put your photo DVD. Click on that "DVD Drive". It will open to show you the files on the DVD disc. Click on that file and all of the photo files will appear. Go up to the top Menu or Tool Bar and find the option labeled View. Select "View" and then select the "Thumbnails" option. All of the files on your DVD should now automatically open, as small picture, on screen.

Those thumbnail pictures will all be numbered. Locate the pictures that mean the most to you. Note the numbers below the pictures, such as 100868, for instance. Make a note what size print you would like to make and how many copies will be needed.

Also, make a note about what you would like to do with those pictures. It would be my pleasure to edit, crop or to modify the pictures for you, making them look better. Often, I can open eyes, remove blemishes, fix hair issues and repair clothing problems.

If the images from your DVD look light or oddly colored, you will need to modify your computer screen a bit. These images have been produced on my system and have been optimized for my lab. You may need to darken your screen or change the colors on screen to make your digital pictures look their best.

Custom Albums

I offer you any album, any size, any shape and any color, from any manufacturer in the world.

You can have your albums at wholesale costs plus the cost for any acquisition, shipping, design or production services.

Depending on the variables, Albums range in price from about $50.00 to $6,000.00.

If you would like for me to design one or more albums for you, I will need to charge $100.00/hr for my design time, plus the cost of the album materials and any shipping costs.

Typical custom books take from 5-20 hours to design. Some can take longer.

There are as many different design options and incredible album ideas as there are people to buy them.

I am able to shoot and print your pictures on site.

I can use my 22, 39 an 60 million pixel Hasselblad H1 camera systems, along with 3 Kodak 8660 Dye Sub printers, to produce the highest quality, sharp, vibrant, beautifully colored, high definition photographic prints right at your event.

This is not a "Photo Booth".

This is professional photography, done on location, using all of the typical professional lighting techniques usually found only in the high-end studios.

I use high power studio strobes, Photogenic soft box light modifiers, posing stools, fans, scrims, reflectors, tripods, umbrellas and hand-painted backgrounds.

This is not something that I can do by myself. It requires at least one if not two additional professional assistants to complete this task.

I do the photos while my assistants run the custom tower computer and print finishing stations. The computer does the print prep, Photoshop and image sizing.

All prints are inserted into heavy, black, gray or brown Winslow mats before being displayed for pickup.

These heavy Winslow brand photo mats will stand up on their own. The will not flex or "wimp out" on your desk or shelf. These are not cheap, "Prom-type" frames. They have a fluted, wavy cut edge and a slight pebble texture across their surface. The prints are framed with thin gold or silver colored keylines, for the professional look.

These mats can be pre-ordered and stamped with company logos and party names, in brilliant gold, silver, red or blue foils. Special foils can be ordered if there is time.

If there are too many guests to shoot in a specific time frame, I will need to multiply the shooters, computers and assistants to meet the needs of the event.

We are location portable. We can work indoors or out.

At golf matches or sporting events, we need to locate our printers inside of our custom transparent tent, to reduce the effect of the wind and dust on the prints. Wind cools the super-heated printers, during their dye-sublimation printing process. That affects the way that the colors are heat-transferred to the papers. Dust makes little specs on the prints.

I can shoot with my own studio drapery backgrounds or with anything supplied, such as athletic VIP's, CEO's, architectural structures or scenic backgrounds, such as the Hawaiian coast, the cruise ship pool, special Formula One race cars or the actual golf course.

Once the images have been shot, it takes only a few moments to convert the original RAW files into TIFF files. In some cases, your guests can choose their own best shots. All images are numbered by the cameras.

Once converted to TIFF files, we Photoshop and sharpen every single picture. We can remove wrinkles, clothing issues, open eyes, remove braces or exchange heads.

Then, the prints will be sent to our professional Kodak dye-sub printers. Each picture will take about 2 minutes to be completed.

Our prints are ready for handling right out of the dye-sub printers. We cut and frame them as needed before they are displayed for your guests to pickup, before they leave your event.

Our dye sub printers can print 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10 images.

Since these images are shot with the Hasselblad H1 digital camera system, the images can also be printed at normal photo labs, up to 48"x96", with the same amount of high definition, color and resolution.

This service is manpower intensive. It can't be done by one person.

We charge a flat fee of around $2,500.00 to set up and to shoot.

Variables will exist due to the number of shooters and "back-end" crew.

The costs for your prints will be extra and they will be the same as the list above.

We can work with a user-pay or a host-pay process. If you are going to pay for the prints for each of your guests or employees, we will need to establish limits and procedures so that it all flows smoothly.

If the user will be paying for the prints, we will be able to take cash and credit cards.

I can build a project specific proposal, based on your budget and event.

The prices for the Winslow folders will depend on the sizes used and on any embossing or pre-print process needed. The folders start at $1.00 each for 5x7 sized folders.

Special programs can be bid for cruises, destination events, car races and Holiday events, such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween.

We can provide Santas, from special Sannta companies. These Santas have natural beards, not fake hair. They have been cleared by the police and are professionals in their demeanor and attitude. You can feel comfortable using them around children as well as with adults. These Santas are paid as extras and would need to be bid along with any other cartoon character, such as Bunnies or Goblins, etc.

Event Print and Album Orders

If you would like to order prints from the National Charity League, Saddleback Valley Chapter, Senior Presentation, Class of 2009, Special Event, you will need to go to the original DVD disc that was mailed to you. Each picture will have a unique serial number that will need to be included with your order. I will not be able to take any orders online. I want to talk to you about each and every picture before I place your order. I will want to find out exactly how you would like to have the images printed, cropped, edited or modified.

Will you want any special Photoshop work, cropping, edits, blemish removals, colors changed, special effects, etc? This is where my magic happens and I can only find out what you may want to do if I speak with you personally. Most of these changes will be so simple that I will not even charge for the service. However, if these changes become a bit too complicated or time consuming, I will need to charge something for the extra time used to properly Photoshop your images. This is my art and my gift for you and your families. It is what I love to do.

The contracted and published prices for your National Charity League, Saddleback Valley Chapter, Senior Presentation, Class of 2009, Special Event prints and Photoshop work will hold firm for a year from the date of the event. Then, potentially, they will have to be changed to reflect the lab costs at the time.

Your beautiful prints will all be properly Photoshopped before being professionally printed at my pro lab. Your high definition, vibrantly colored prints will be made on Fuji, Crystal Archive, luster-surfaced, true photographic papers. Your prints will be made from 300dpi, sRGB TIFF files, which will be processed and sized for your specific print request.

Due to the extremely diverse range of picture frame colors, sizes and designs, I don't offer any custom picture framing services.

If you are interested, Proof Book Albums are available. They will cost $95.00 for the Leather-like covers and $2.50 for each internal plastic page. Each page will hold 8 proof prints. Each page will hold the proof prints in either the horizontal or vertical orientation, without having to rotate the entire book.

Totally custom, enlarged, digital "coffee table style" albums are available, from any manufacturer in the world. I love the way that GraphiStudio albums look and feel. They are made, by sincere craftsmen, in Italy. I have never seen any albums like these. The covers are exquisite. Each print is incredible. The pages are thick and sturdy. Magnificent.

GraphiStudio albums range in size from 4"x5" to 16"x20". You can include as many pictures and as many pages as you wish. These albums can be photographically printed on either thick, luster-surfaced pages or wonderful metallic pages. They can also be printed on an off-set printing press, just like the best magazines.

You can order your album from any album manufacturer in the world. I will charge you wholesale prices plus whatever it costs to ship the book to you and any costs related to acquisition. If it takes me an hour to work out what you want to order and to physically place the order for you, it will cost you $100.00/hour for that time used.

I charge $100.00/hour for the amount of time that it takes to design and to prepare these custom, digital coffee table albums. Every album will be unique and individual. I will personally do all of the design work myself, in the comfort of my your home or office, with your direct, creative help.

I will physically come to your home to sit down with you, to help you to select your photos and to personally design your book, with your help. All images will be Photoshopped and sharpened before being released for printing.

The hardest part of designing an album is selecting the pictures and the treatments for each page. I don't use any cookie-cutter album template program. I don't need to. I am a professional with Photoshop and can design custom digital pages with more style and inspiration than any template program.

Once we are done designing the pages, GraphiStudio will take 2 months to complete their album production process. Plan accordingly.

I will be able to accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Cash or Checks. I will not be able to accept American Express cards.

Most basic print orders will take a couple of days to do the Photoshop work and to get the individual orders into the lab. The lab will take a couple of days to complete the prints. Then, the prints will need to be shipped to you, which will also take a couple of days. I would allow a week receive the completed order. Shorter production periods are possible but they may require a RUSH charge for special handling of just your order. I will let you know at the time that the order is placed.
