For your National Charity League Senior Presentation services, I will use the legendary, 22 million pixel, digital Hasselblad H1, medium format cameras.  These are the same cameras used by NASA, in outer space.

I will set up 1, 2 or 3 photo studios, as the number of National Charity League Seniors demands.  Each studio will include a drapery background, studio lights, soft box light controls and a professional photographer, using professional, 22 million pixel, medium format Hasselblad cameras.

 

I can also work outside, shooting the individual portraits and group shots outdoors instead of only inside.

 

I will shoot your individual National Charity League Senior Presentation portraits before the actual Presentation Ceremony.  Each of you will have a 20-minute, private portrait shooting schedule.

 

Then, I will shoot your entire National Charity League Senior group shot.  I would like to include a whimsical "Vanity Fair" cover type of group shot in addition to the formal group shot.  That extra time will need to be scheduled so that it can be staged properly. 

 

I will also shoot your formal National Charity League Presentation Ceremony and the Dinner Reception that follows.   Depending on circumstances, you will have 1 or 2 additional professional photographers working the ceremony with me.

I will charge a flat-rate, individual "Sitting Fee" of $115.00 per person, plus Sales Tax, for all of my services.

 

That fee will cover the combined, pro-rated costs for all of the time that it will take to set up your studio, shoot the individual pictures, shoot the group pictures and then shoot your ceremony and your reception.

 

You will receive a high definition DVD with 300dpi, 4x5 JPEG images for all of the pictures taken at your event.  You will also receive a single, complementary, 8x10 print from your group photo session.

 

Then, I will put all of the pictures from your event on your Saddleback Valley National Charity League Senior Presentation web site.  Your friends and family will be able to see your entire event.

 

You will keep the photo DVD and you will be able to order prints from your event at any time you wish.

 

Your beautiful, low cost, high definition DVD and individual group picture will be shipped within a week of your event.

 

All of your individually selected pictures will be completely Photoshopped and professionally printed at my local professional lab.
